Ahhh—feel that? That cool breeze across your brow? That was me. I’m Peppermint, the crisp, lively spirit of the herb world. I'm sharp, bright, and full of personality. Whether you're battling a bellyache or just trying to wake up your senses, I’m the herb that swooshes in with a sparkle and a swish.

I’m here to soothe, stimulate, and settle—all at once! My magic is in my menthol-rich oils, which bring cooling relief to tense muscles, hot heads, and upset tummies. I’m especially fond of folks dealing with:

  • 🍽️ Digestive discomfort – gas, bloating, nausea? I’ll calm the storm.

  • 💨 Tension headaches – I bring cooling relief to pounding temples and pressure behind the eyes.

  • 🌬️ Congestion – I open up those sinuses like a fresh breeze through an old window.

  • 😴 Mental fatigue – I wake up your focus without jolting your nerves.

  • 🤕 Muscle aches and nerve pain – I’m a topical chill spell when things feel fiery or inflamed.

Energetically, I’m cool, dry, and just a little bit sassy. I love movement—of thoughts, of breath, of energy. I don’t let things stagnate. I’m especially helpful when things are hot, stuck, or sluggish—mentally, emotionally, or physically.

How to Work with Me
You can enjoy my zingy presence as a tea, tincture, steam, or oil. My leaves are where my magic lives—bright green and brimming with sparkle.

🫖 Tea: Use 1 teaspoon of dried peppermint leaf (or a small handful of fresh) per cup of hot water. Steep 5–10 minutes, covered. Sip after meals to settle the belly, or in the afternoon to refresh the mind.

💧 Tincture: A few drops in water before or after meals, or when nausea hits.

💨 Steam: Pour boiling water over a handful of my leaves, lean in, and breathe. I’ll open the nose, clear the head, and leave you feeling light.

🌿 Topically: Infusing me in oil is wonderful for rubbing on temples, neck, or sore muscles. Just avoid the eyes—I’ve been known to wake them up a bit too forcefully!

⚠️ A Peppermint Heads-Up: I’m not ideal for folks with acid reflux or GERD—I may relax the esophageal sphincter and make things worse. Also, my essential oil is powerful—always dilute before use, especially on children or sensitive skin.
