(You may know me as Tilia, but most folks just call me Linden. I’m the tree that wraps the world in honey-scented calm and heart-softening whispers.)

Come rest beneath my branches, dear one. Let your heart loosen its grip and your breath deepen. I’m Linden—gentle tree of comfort, calm, and tender unwinding. My blossoms hold the memory of beesong and summer breezes, and I’m here for your tight chest, your tangled nerves, your heart that forgets how to soften.

I’m for the worriers, the weepers, the emotionally weary. For those who need a reminder that safety is still possible.

I bring sweet relief when body and spirit are tight and taut:

🫖 How to Work with Me
I shine brightest when steeped in stillness:

- Tea: Steep 1–2 tsp of dried linden blossoms in hot water for 10–15 minutes, covered. Sip slowly.

- Infusion: For deeper support, steep a larger amount (1–2 Tbsp per cup) for 30+ minutes.
