I’m a gentle, fragrant balm for body, heart, and home:
😌 Calms anxiety and nervous tension – especially when it sits in the chest or jaw
💤 Encourages sleep and deep rest – my scent alone is a lullaby, but I won't make you sleepy if it's not time for sleep.
💔 Eases grief and emotional overwhelm – I hold space for tender hearts

🫖 How to Work with Me
You don’t need much—I’m potent in the gentlest ways:
- Tea: Use just a pinch (¼–½ tsp dried blossoms) alone or with other herbs. My flavor is strong, so I play best with friends.
- Aromatherapy: Inhalation of my essential oil calms nerves, eases headaches, and prepares the mind for sleep.
- Baths & sachets: Tuck me into your pillow, your bathwater, or your drawers—I infuse every space with calm.
- Oil infusions & salves: Lovely for massage, minor skin irritations, and emotional release.
- Tincture: 5–15 drops can bring quick calm in moments of overwhelm.

⚠️ A Little Note
I'm safe and well-loved, but too much of me internally can be drying or overpowering. A little goes a long way. My essential oil should always be diluted when used on the skin.
